He put down what he was working on and with adequate explanation walked through the diagnostics. Then he verified the results and made sure all was working well. He answered several related questions and went over a few tips to maximize the results. Great service and with a smile!

A friend recommended Eve at Discount Electronics (the ****************** location) when I was looking for a refurbished, new-to-me laptop. And what a wonderful recommendation it was! Discount Electronics has been a necessary resource for honest fast repair of computers for many years. Their friendly customer service and spot on service are outstanding. I bought a Windows 10 Pro cpu and a large monitor from the ********************* location. *** *. answered all my questions and even prepped and put the last *** 7 cpu unit aside with my name on it a day before I was able to pick it up.
