This place is incredible. I've been to a lot of different physical therapists and this place is a step above the rest! The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The dry needling that they do really works to heal versus just treat the pain. I would go here above anywhere else! Their new Norfolk location inside Onelife is fantastic, check it out!
I hurt my back and called Direct Performance the next day at 7:30 am. They had me at an appointment at 9 am that same day. Everyone was very professional and Kiley took excellent care of me. She went above and beyond to make sure I made a speedy recovery. After 2 sessions I was able to go back to the gym with little or no pain.
