Jake was able to determine the source of my hamstring issue & provide the necessary physical therapy to resolve the issue. This was an injury that I had lived with for some time. Wish I had gone to him sooner. Jake was very knowledgeable & also took the time to listen to my symptoms. I saw immediate results & now feel much better after a handful off sessions. I would recommend Direct Performance to anyone with a sports injury.
I started with Jake the beginning of June and was suffering from foot and leg pain and wasn't able to run at all. Jake did a thorough exam and really listened to my history and started me on dry needling along with stretching and exercises. I had a great experience with Direct Performance! I had been having a lot of lower back pain and they showed me stretches that would help, as well as helped me with my lifting form to take stress off my back.
Jake and Stephen are absolutely amazing!! I started therapy with hardly being able to move due to a back injury and after the first few visits I was able to start to see the progress and get a little bit more movement! Now I can almost touch my toes again and continuing to progress forward! Founder recommend these guys enough!
