I had a hip and Knee replacement and had been in a lot of pain for a long time until I met Jake and he worked with me for A few weeks showed me the proper body mechanics along with needling. Thanks Jake I am pain-free I would highly recommend Direct performance physical therapy awesome place!
Jake is a healer and he takes the time to really understand what your body needs to function properly.
I came her a couple months ago with an injury that kept me from being able to run and lift weights. I was in so much pain. Within the first week of treatment at Direct Performance, I was back to doing some of the things I loved and without the pain. With therapy, I learned the proper running mechanics needed to prevent future injury and even learned how to do a proper squat, deadlift, and kettle bell swing. I saw Stephen at Direct Performance for a quad injury beginning in July. The first time I saw him was less than a week before my first triathlon, and he worked magic to have me back up and running in time to complete it. Since then, he's continued to help me heal and prevent further injury - and every time I have a klutz moment and re-injure myself, he fixes me again. Most recently, I went from limping while walking to a pain-free 10 mile run the following day. I can't say enough positive things about Direct Performance PT!!
Stephen and Jake have made it so I can feel safe pushing my body again. Direct Results!
Jake, Stephen, and Brian have a great practice. Brian has helped me run again, and after 6 weeks so far I am nearly pain free. I will definitely choose Direct Performance again in the future to get me running again.
I had a great experience w/ Jake and Stephen! I went in for some pain in my lower leg above my ankle. They were very knowledgeable with running injuries and had a lot of good strength and mobility exercise ideas to share. Highly recommend these folks!
