Amanda & Nate are awesome! I had a torn meniscus in my knee and they both helped me get back to walking without using a cane. I wouldn't go anywhere else for physical therapy. Thank you Amanda and Nate.
RecommendedI was having terrible lower back pain for weeks. I had seen a doctor who managed the pain with muscle relaxers, and anti inflammatory oatches. Someone recommended Dr. Kylie at Direct Performance. She listened, and came up with a plan and within two weeks, I was pain free. I highly recommend them for injuries and strained muscles. They have a small therapy office that gives one on one attention To ensure your success in the long term.
Thanks Nate for taking care of me. You helped rebuild my confidence after back issues, made me feel comfortable, and listened to my incessant questions...with patience. Direct Performance, if ever you need physical therapy or a great massage (Rachel Keipe), is the place to be!

I’ve been going to Direct Performance off and on as needed for various injuries. Dr Jake and staff are knowledgeable and effective when it comes to getting you back to a pain free, active lifestyle. Any time I need PT, this will be the place to go. I thought I would need double hip surgery last year, but with Dr. Jake’s help, I have not needed surgery. First appointment with Brian was one of the best I’ve had. Am feeling very hopeful he can help with some areas of difficulties I’ve been dealing with for some time now.
Went to the OneLife location and Nate was extremely friendly and helpful in helping me get my shoulder back to functionality again. The great thing is he taught me a lot about what was going on while he was treating it and made sure that I was progressing forward while adjusting exercises when necessary. Come here for our physical therapy needs for sure
