I saw Amanda for plantar fasciitis after months of pain and trying different shoes, inserts, exercises. After just a couple weeks of therapy and dry needling, I was pain-free-it was like a miracle! Standing all day on my feet in a classroom was awful until I went to PT, and my only regret was not seeing Amanda sooner. I highly recommend Direct Performance PT.

Went for treatment on my ankle tendons, 5 sessions with dry needling, stretching and a lower leg massage and now good enough to keep running. Received some great stretches and techniques to continue treatment on my own. Very satisfied with their knowledge and care.

Mind blown! I’ve only had two appointments so far, but my pain is nearly gone. After putting in a ton of miles training for a marathon, my shins were so bad I thought I’d have to throw in the towel. Dr. Andy showed me a few really simple things and I’m feeling amazing. No shin pain at all. We’ve moved on to addressing my knees and I’m feeling super confident again. Incredible!

Calling Direct Performance was one of the best decision I have ever made. I have had many surgeries on my foot and knee, but after my last surgery to repair my meniscus, the muscles just weren't getting stronger. I did go to the PT place that is associated with the Drs office and after 4 weeks of PT, they were unable to help. 18 months ago I had a work injury and had extensive PT from Jake and Stephen. They were very professional, knowledgeable and listened to my needs. We came up with a plan and it went really well over the few months of my treatment. Fast forward to last week and I had needed a BPPV treatment for vertigo. My ENT Doctor could not do the manipulation in a reasonable time, I contacted Stephen that afternoon and within 30 minutes I had a reply email and appointment the next morning. I recently injured my knee and the orthopedic doctor recommended Direct Performance PT. I worked with Dr David Furrow and he was awesome! I wasn’t sure if I could regain my mobility but he encouraged me and helped me believe that I could get better. He was patient and explained everything so I really was able to actively participate in my recovery. It was empowering. Went to Direct Performance after recommendations from co-workers even though it was out of network for our insurance. I was experiencing chronic hip pain from running. 30 days later and I am back to running with no pain!
