I have a lot of business, but i`m wondering if digital ocean is good for me?
WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER!! LOCKING NEW ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION!! EVEN THOUGH MONEY HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED INTO THE ACCOUNT!!!!
DigitalOcean has a very poor support service...
DigitalOcean support team is a BIG JOKE! I've opened a ticket a WEEK AGO, as I cannot login to my account anymore, but it seems that nobody wants to help me to solve this problem. Since I cannot login to my account, I cannot pay my bills, therefore my sites are down! I think I will look for a more professional hosting provider like Amazom Web Services.
Do you know? your service is very bad, I have registered 3 times and rejected for no apparent reason
No response to reports to their abuse box and apparently no response to spamcop reports either. If you explain and resolve this I'll gladly remove the negative review. You SHOULD be responding to and not ignoring abuse reports and spamcop reports.
They start a maintence from nowhere getting your site down and ruining your business for the weekend. Thats a total unprofissional way to go, my friends.
This company illegally logged into my bank account. I now have to shut everything down on my established business account and start over. Beware of identity hef from this company!
