Been using it for over a year now, great prices and features, amazing documentation and tutorials, best UI I've come across.
Had an email from pay pal linked to this site saying I had made a purchase , money was drawn from my account to theirs, I had no idea about it
I love digital ocean, I've been a customer for years, but they've grown too much and the support is very sad ...
its very very bad support team my website down cause your update and no support tam to help to fix it
The node my droplet was on had a hardware failure. Dropbox support stated that it had been restored when it wasn't. I'm being charged for a service I can't use. Response time from support is really slow. I just want to cancel service and move on at this point. I definitely don't want to be billed for something I can't use.
I like Digital Ocean very much. Thanks to DO. You make my life easier.

Have an account under an email address I no longer have access to. Try to open a ticket and there's no response. Try to send a message here and they say open a ticket. This is nuts. I'm being charged monthly for servers and an account that I cannot access. The only reason I cannot access it is because it's impossible to contact support to get help. This is full out theft.
