I always see your ads, and I mean ALWAYS. I go to your webpage and its a looooong list of all your benefits and no pricing or plans so I had to leave.

Yes, you are right. Droplet is an alias for VPS. We only have linux flavors for our Droplets.

It's incredible to me a company like this doesn't have the means to hire a support team to answer phones. Going to change server unless I get a response soon.

Over 12 hours since this "incident" happened. And no response whatsoever, no idea when my website will be up again and hundreds of people depending on it. I am losing money by the second and as I see... this is a normal problem, as it has happened several times before to hundreds of users. It s clearly their problem and they seem to have only ONE guy working on it. I am moving to another hosting service as we speak. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. You have been warned.

over 24 hours of downtime, not good. Kind of sounds like onsite techs aren't a thing and the reason it took so long is it was 1 person fixing everything once they arrived (a few hours later).

DO! you just dont even reply support ticket which was create 24hrs ago!! and i was unable to install cpanel for your f***g firewall. total 1days waste completely!!

we have problem and have opened 3 urgent tickets, but no one is responding. server is switched off and cant make any actions, do anything as soon as possible.
