Digital Ocean has taking my website down for 3 days- no response- I have paid for their service for years and now they have a problem and they don't do anything about it-TERRIBLE business

Horrible support! This is unbelievable! My droplet is down for over 24 hours and i can not get any response from their support!
Absolutely agree with other posts here. Our website has been down for 72 hours now. Just a simple paymwnt issue that could easily be resolved. I can't access my account because my email address is no longer in use (thanks Orange!). Three support tickets opened and absolutely zero response from this bunch of unprofessional *******s. No phone line. No response by email. Will be moving host if possible.
No support at all. I mean ZERO support. If you have any problem you are going to lose customers. My droplet is down and i cant do anything. My droplet was working OK, we pay for the service, but we had to change the account email. So now, the droplet is not related to our new mail account and cannot access to the old one. Customer service is a joke. Over 40 droplets with DO and the moment theres an issue support turn around time hits 24hrs +++ . While their service has been ok in the past, the last week has been a nightmare. In the end customer eats the problems and literally no action by DO. Looking at alternatives.
Frankly, I'm disappointed in the quality of support and type of support Digital Ocean provided. There should be phone support for customers paying a certain level. I have three droplets paying over $100 / month combined. Second, support took too long to respond to my inquiry. My server was completely disconnected and all my websites were down. No reason, no explanation. I am looking to move all of my droplets (and client droplets) to a local data center because I can't have the type of support Digital Ocean provided.
Very poor customer service. This is not a customer oriented business. Digital Ocean damaged one of our droplets during their routine upgrade. It is causing big disruption to our business. It has been 4 days and I barely get support for an issue caused by their team and processes. The issue can’t be fixed by our sys admin. It needs Digital Ocean internal work.
