Shitty support, our webpage is down over 18 hours. And no support provided!
Scaleable, flexible, very stable services in FRA1 and LON1. I have several services in different teams running on DO. All in all, there wasn't any kind of problem yet. I do prefer DO instead of aws for all container and VPS servies because of better interface and better cost-effectiveness. 👍🏻
On a daily basis I receive PHISHING & MALWARE SPAM originating from DigitalOcean's networks. Reports are submitted, no action ever taken. This has been going on for years. Boycott these bastards.
when requesting more info or support then send out off date tutorails when requesting shut the account down and refund that was kinda prompt compared to most of the other requests but continued asking for positive reviews even after the exit survey goes don't ever contact us again. and requests to stop getting emails goes doesn't happen, instead oh we are creating a support ticket, then they close it and request another review. which ignore or reply back stop contacting me. this company doesn't know what customer service is
Horrible. Customer service is absolutely atrocious takes days to get anyone's attention and then you get a assembly line response which never gets you anywhere.

I'm clearly not the only person with these problems. Avoid this company at all costs. They are hacks and do not actually know what they are doing in the cloud computing space.

Digital ocean hacked my Facebook in July 2017 not even a member and this happened. Has this happened to any of you guys? Digital ocean is a bad name. Not happy that I got hacked.
