They don't give a damn about your problems or endless tickets or tweets. I run a web design and an e-commerce company where I require such services all the time. My site is down for more than a week and they're not taking this problem seriously. I have found GoDaddy and HostGator to be superior to Digital Ocean and I will never buy any services from Digital Ocean. I strongly recommend other hosting providers than Digital Ocean.
Very slow response. Servers are used to spam. Getting generic messages trough facebook and trough e-mail no response for 5 working days and counting. Servers might be fast service non excisting at this point. Update: day 30 still not even an answer to the ticket.....
Everything is good, until you need technical support, then you know how a company cares for its customers.

Great infrastructure if you are a pro and know what cha doing on Linux. Not for crying newbie and I’m happy to run my business from Thailand with deployments in SF NYC LONDON and SP without a hitch, kudos.

I would put 0 stars but it won't let me leave a comment like that. A fraudulent charge appeared on my credit card from this company and they refuse to help. GREAT POLICY!! And only very responsive to positive messages. They drag their butts responding when there is a problem!

There are 3 days waiting to be met by the support, meanwhile, the website off the air, losing sales. =( =( =(
I can't believe this company maintains a policy that erases websites after a 3 week period. What a disaster; will not be using/recommending them anymore.
