Excellent service for my small websites. Even the old $5 droplet was more than enough for me but now it is even better with 1 GB RAM.

BE VAREFUL! Based latest interaction with support Ill leave this feedback. This is worst hosting company, but since est. it was the best. But now employers just block your account , because you requested a refund (JUST HAVE A MISTAKE AND NEVER USE SERVICE) They just send bullshit: We reviewed the account and found it matches unusual patterns associated with violations of our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. While we cannot provide !!! Managers you can check [DigitalOcean] Ticket #962769: Re: [DigitalOcean] Here’s ... read more

Well, surprise. VPS has "private" in name, what means, that you have to take care of it. Of course DO is helping, but if thousands a day people like you open tickets, it's pretty obvious, they are moving them later in tickets queue, to take care of bigger problems. fuck digital ocean. The service is only good if nothing breaks. God forbid you need support. If you need help for something of theirs that break expect to not get your first canned response until 9 hours after you send your first email. I have been spending $120 a month for a year and this is how I'm treated? Fuck you I will never spend another fucking dime with you. Bad customer support has cost me $800 a month in subscribers. Oh and let's not forget that there is no customer service line.
