My PayPal account was fraudulently charged by this company. Never heard of them before, and hope I never hear of them again. Very bad reviews.

I'm running multiple VPS on Digital Ocean since 2015/2016 and i never experienced a single problem either on my VPSs or on the support side. I feel very confident with my linux droplets where i run some e-commerce and some blog/website; i've never had a single trouble with em. The web interface is well designed and working with teams is really easy and allow customers or team meambers to co-work at the same project. The new montly plan is just amazing. Documentation is very exhaustive and cover pretty much everything.

Watch out for these scammers - I don't know how they do it but they will charge you for services even if you've never heard of them or contacted them.

Extremely poor service, in-spite paying my fee, including backup (been with this for years too) as my website rentwith has been down for almost a month now. All I get is "Hi Minh Minh Ly, We haven't heard from you in a few days. We've closed your issue, 1063187. If you need anything else, please reply to this ticket or create a new one. Happy coding! Team DigitalOcean" This is after many requests for help. Not sure how difficult it is to get it back up again, it's gone pass frustrating!!! Crap service!

I used DigitalOcean for 3 years without a problem. Then they recommended upgrading to avoid Meltdown/Spectre related problems. The upgrade didn't work and killed the networking in the droplet. It's been down for a week and they can't fix it. I tried creating a new applet, but SFTP didn't work so I couldn't upload anything. Maybe they should make the password a little longer when you reset it. It's not enough of a pain in the butt to satisfy my inner Linux persona. ;)

Horrible support, waited for the verification more than 6! hours I don't need so low level of service, moved to AWS
