Easy to use and fast and cheaper than others besides their customer support is great
Digitalocean is cheap n has top performance i like it
Worst customer service. My server was down after DigitalOcean's routine update. I submitted a support ticket 8 hours ago but there is no response! Really disappointed with their poor service.

constantly hosts spammers with the same other idiot domain hosters in spam emails.Useless.
DO Disabled my droplet refuses to turn it back on so I can get my files. I am going back to a1websitepro hosting. Never had this pathetic issue. They do not answer tickets even if your business is on the line. I spend $800/month on their server space and you do not get anywhere. Very disappointed!

When DO cut down its prices we move whole infrastructure into their droplets. From that moment we don't even know we have servers. Everything works smoothly, performance is stable and support was always helpful. We moved from Scaleway so it wasn't so hard to make us happier, but still it's a nice surprise to not be woken up by monitoring every second morning :-)
The server has not worked for more than 72 hours, the customer service is really bad
Please do yourself a favour and do not use this service. I have paid them but the system does not work. Keeps generating this weird error. Opened two tickets, NO RESPONSE! I have reached out via Facebook, NO RESPONSE. I have people waiting on me. Project is delayed because of DigitalOcean. I am beginning to look bad and it appears that no one one this end is even interested. Do yourself a favour, do not use this service.
