They lock my account after i register and pay them 5$ scam

I've hosted my servers on D.O. for three years now and have enjoyed the high performance without throttling. You do have to be fully server-savvy so I recommend DigitalOcean for skilled and experienced geeks like myself who want the best performance at low cost and can tune & patch servers without help beyond internet searches for the 'right' command or config settings.
Fast set up and simple billing. I recommend Digital Ocean to all my clients. Keep in mind you're only getting a VPS, not a managed hosting solution. If I had one suggestion to DO, it would be to offer a management/support subscription plan to help out those customers without reliable IT help on call.
My sites are down since yesterday 11th April as from 5-6PM UTC because of an DigitalOcean droplet update "power on". As a consequence our all business activity is down because of not being able to access our DigitalOcean servers As you will understand, we are in a critical situation here. Can you help? Adrien
This company just took down our donation processing api for over 6 hours without as much as a response to a support ticket. They have prevented $10s of thousands of charitable dollars to be processed without as much as a response never the less a fix AFTER 6 HOURS. We have no way to get in touch with them as they provide no access to customer support. Moving to AWS, be very weary of doing business with this company.
