Use a cloud provider that cares about providing quality resources at a clear understandable cost rather than nickel and diming customers with obtuse design. Signed up 4 days ago and my droplet is still inactive. No reaction to email, support ticket or social media message. That was my first and last try to go with DigitalOcean. Can cleary not recommend a company with such a bad/slow customer support.
Disgusting customer service. I have been working on a wordpress site hosted on Digital Ocean and one day it just blocked the account citing abuse. I opened a ticket saying this has been done in error, they replied 10 DAYS LATER! saying that: "The account has been placed in a status where activation is no longer possible. Billing will not occur and services are no longer available. Nothing additional would be required to discontinue the account going forward." What kind of explanation is this? do not provide the support as it should be in my son's account the first few days they answered him he had to tell them about my account so they could answer

Worst service. Account locked and server disabled without any warning or telling what is the problem. No response on support ticket. Please don't risk your servers by choosing Digital Ocean. I have lost all my hard work :(
