Very Poor service, my account locked from 5 days, they neither response of mine ticket nor unlocked. My product delayed a lot... Very bad support... Right now i am using Linode.

Complete lack of communication!!! {and not on my end either!} and now because of a problem between Digital Ocean & my designers, my website was deleted!! They didn’t communicate to my designers about their problem so I’m the one suffering. Go elsewhere!

Do digital ocean solve its customer issues? Since last 3 days our account is locked and we have repeatedly submitting tickets but not getting any solution from your side or even not hearing from you. Is this is the customer care policy of a company like digital ocean.?
It has a pathetic service, no phone number, no email I'd, raise a support ticket and wait for weeks to get response. I would suggest no one should opt for such service if you run any critical application. Some times I suspect and worried the data security with digital ocean. My experience with digital ocean was very worst.
They can't answer simple questions about their stupid services
