Been using DI for almost a year now, love it!
My organization has used Digital Ocean for a few years. We have never really had a problem with them going down or anything like that. Here is my issues. Our credit card was hacked and we had to close it. Unfortunately the staff that were here at the time of setting this up are no longer with the organization. They could try answering frustrated customer's repeated requests for support every time their network goes down (which is unbelievably often). In this most recent instance, I am unable to login to my account because their system insists on sending a 6-digit code for verification (again and again and again...) which of course the code never comes. So then their site says "open a support ticket" and takes me back to the login page WHERE I CAN'T LOGIN ANYWAY. Tech Support for DO has always been non-existent, it is the worst I h... read more
Offer Chat support and or Phone Support. If you cant get in to you account you are SOL.
