Hey DO, I recently had my account put on hold due to payment verification, and I logged my response back on the ticket. Its been over A DAY since I responded but no one has bothered to respond to me or resolve my ticket (2377739). Are you guys going out of business?

So you get locked out of your account by accident, try to reach them about it and, not only they do not respond, your droplets get deleted along with all your production data, no way to get a backup. Best service.

Worst server provider company. I run a mobile app and have a registered firm in India. All of a sudden they locked my account, which got unlocked after 6 hours with my droplets deleted. Handed me a blank server and I didn’t have recent backup (last 15 days work gone to 0).
