I've used DigitalOcean for several years and was generally happy until I got locked out of my account. Now I cannot access my dashboard and sites associated with that account are down. Logging in requires a 2F verification code which is never actually sent to my email account, and trying to update my account credentials similarly does not work—no email, no way of resolving whatever issue is going on. I opened a case 5 days ago for which Digital Ocean admitted to hosting a site that is a blatant, fraudulent copy of my 13 year old, 1200 page website. Whilst waiting for an answer (hoping they would remove the site) I actually got an email from support saying that they had closed the case as they hadn't heard from me! I am now taking further action against Digital Ocean...

I have been trying to shut down my website for days and there is NO ONE I can call for help. the instructions I received via email did NOT work. I feel I am being held hostage at this point .
Seeing all the bad reviews on the page made me not want to do any business with them.
