DigitalOcean can't improve unless you fire all your support staff and understand your customers. I have used various cloud servers but you guys are worst.

Digital Ocean has disabled networking on our droplet/server for the past 24 hours. After sending them numerous tickets and emails, there is still NO reply from their "Trust & Safety" team. I do not know when they are going to bring networking back up. Maybe they will wait 7 days before responding to my tickets and messages. They need much faster response times and support or customers will start going to competitor companies like Vultr

Over 2 weeks and no response from them. I think they are purposely ignoring. Avoid.
The service is reliable and affordable. I have few issue with them and most can be solved after a couple of days.
DO NOT use Digital Ocean, never! *PLEASE READ THIS REPORT* Digital Ocean removed, deleted, and destroyed my droplet for NO reason. When I asked them about what happened, they informed me that it was a mistake. (It took 20 days to respond to my open ticket after 8 attempts to contact, absurd) *Could you imagine being in an emergency situation and have to wait more than 20 days to have a response? * I lost my site and all my work!
