They have terrible arbitrariness, without any obvious reasons that close the accounts, and do not give an explanatory justification for those arbitrary actions. They are the worst experience I have in this field. I did not expect them to do this, but unfortunately I happened more than once and every time they refrain from giving clear reasons And disguised, I would not recommend dealing with them.

you can't expect from My servers have not been unlocked even after I have paid over $25,00 to you for the month. What kind of a scam is this? #scam #frustrated Yo have already shutdown my server without any intimation to us. And now same you have repeated again. It causes a very huge losses to our company. We are now going to file complaint in court of India and we are going to sue you and your company to compensate our losses which has been held till now.
No prior notice, no email or ticket for reason when lock our account, this is totally unprofessional. Customer service is not responding to our ticket, our message through FB or our email. Not recommended for anyone, stay away from this.
Their tutorials are awesome. They always work. Much better than other services like GoDaddy.
They disabled my server without previous notice. Support has no answer for this, no real reason given.
