It's not possible, customer service attitude is bad. Response time for ticket is too long. Ultimately, they are pushing responsibilities away, to other roles in their own company. Please do not even use digital ocean.

I used to have a very good opinion from your company, yesterday I received a notification about a migration of my droplet you needed to do because some "inconveniences" in your hardware, since then: I lost access to my droplet, nobody responds my support tickets and I'm starting to think that I lost all my information!
Despite all the hate in here, Digital Ocean is the first provider working with a WordPress website correctly lol. All the pseudo WordPress hosting out the can't even deliver a stable server. Speed is fast, setup was easy. Tried Google Compute too but was not satisfied. Blue Host, Dreamhost and even Host Gator were bad. I'm glad I can finally start working on my goddamn website instead of contacting support to fix server issues. Have not needed support yet so maybe this will be a con but so far really impressed.
