This service is a joke. Absolutely terrible customer service (practically non-existent). Created an account with DO, provided my email and CC details, and then was asked to wait for my account to be verified. Got an email (few hours later!), stating my account was locked: "This decision is final and no other information is required." WTF? Created a ticket and the followup was equally vague and useless. answering the questions. I try to cancel the account for 6 months. still, receipt invoice and discount $40 per month from my credit card.

Horrible customer service. Have called and emailed and have had no luck getting in touch with anyone or getting any type of response to requests.

Terrible. No support at all. Stay away and avoid headaches. Digital Ocean is a real nightmare.

I woke up this morning to find my account disabled without a single warning or notification beforehand and have since been instructed by Customer 'Service' that they will not re-enable my account, even just to retrieve my files and work. So i lose a weeks worth of work because Digital Ocean false advertise the resources they promise you when you pay for one of their droplets, or 10 of them in my case. I even limited CPU Usage to 90% but be afraid, be very afraid if you use Digital Ocean or plan to use them and would actually... read more

how much time it takes to verify a account? it has been so long my account is still locked and my droplets are turned off i am a web hosting provider and have a good amount of users. ticket 3437391 i have lost access to my all of the websites+server and the data of users how you can guys can be so irrresponsible? . my users are complaining and saying irrevelent things. Digital Ocean doesn't even reply to any of the support tickets nither they have a phone number.
