Terrible service from Digital Ocean. Tried signing up and they decline my credit cards from different banks without reason. Never had a problem with these credit cards before. Filed a ticket and their Trust Team came back with a rude and cold "We feel that it would be in the best interest of all parties if you were to find services with another provider." Worst customer support ever.
Digital Ocean is a hoster for a notorious copyright infringer mshare. Once served the DMCA notice, it took DO almost a month to only "identify the infringer's account", and nothing has been done with the infringer yet. Which means DO profits from the criminal activities carried out using its equipment and services and does not move swiftly enough to tackle the crime once made aware of it. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and must come to an end.
