There is no human to reply to your queries, for 10 days my issue not yet resolved.

Account ban without notification. Bad for business
The WORST service EVER! They block accounts randomly, without even saying why and even so they charge you. If you like to simply LOSE YOUR MONEY, go with them...
Better Customer Support and better servers
Their support response time is unacceptably long. I'm not talking about several hours or day or two. My ticket has been forwarded to Trust and Safety team and EIGHT DAYS passed since the first message I received and I just needed a simple information about my specific use case. If I can't rely on them when I need to make a simple check and get some information, you won't be able to rely on them when there is an urgent situation either!
