Worst customer service ever. One day suddenly unable to ssh to my droplet and shooted mutiple mail for the support and waited for four days. SInce they are not providing any solution I am forced to deactivate my account and I lost huge money and data. DOnt use this stupid service. Dont know how this rascals are getting customers eventhough they are treating their cutomers like this.
The worst service server company ever, poor customer support very expensive. All of your data will be removed without notice and backup until they found the reason that they were failure charging your bank account. I lost my databases of 3 years transactions because they are failure of charging my credit card (I didn't know that cause from there system or because my bank is restricted transaction). Awful hosting only used by spammers. I have reported spam website, but they didn't do anything. Never do business with this company!
Today a droplet I run has been down for 12+ hours, the panel indicates its running, and support has not even explained if we can even expect our droplet to be back in operation.
