Great service client care
No response from support. My website is down for now 48 hours due to an issue with physical node that hosts my Droplet. I am still waiting for you to solve [Ticket #3239703]
No clue how this company stays in business. I signed up for an account. Immediately after signing up it says my account was locked. I emailed support who told me "my account matches patterns associated with fraudulent activity, and it is not possible to restore the account". But I didn't even do anything with the account! I asked again why and was told the same boilerplate answer. Thankfully I had not set up the account, nor was using it in a production application. Switched to them from 1&1 because their services are much faster and more reliable. The ability to scale up and down is brilliant. Couldn't fault them and would highly recommend!
