Disabling a VPS of a SaaS application without prior notice is not the best way of dealing with customers. But not the worst one to meet in court and make people finally move to AWS.

No clue how this company stays in business. I signed up for an account. Immediately after signing up it says my account was locked. I emailed support who told me "my account matches patterns associated with fraudulent activity, and it is not possible to restore the account". But I didn't even do anything with the account! I asked again why and was told the same boilerplate answer. Thankfully I had not set up the account, nor was using it in a production application. Switched to them from 1&1 because their services are much faster and more reliable. The ability to scale up and down is brilliant. Couldn't fault them and would highly recommend!
