The absolute worse customer service, and from the looks of other comments, I'm not the only one... we have been without our website and emails for 5 days now with NO response!... This is the first time I have ever left a negative review... please reconsider using this platform

Digitial Ocean has closed my droplet without notification. And my data was stolen by Digital Ocean. I can reach my data despite creating tickets. It can be improved by satisfying ticktet no [Ticket #3214323] which is my ticket but no one cares from Digital Ocean ...
Account LOCKED without ANY REASON, I LOST A LOT OF TRAFFIC, USERS, RESPECT, A LOST MY DATABASE, MY CONFIGS, IT'S REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE!!! I PAID FOR MY BACKUPS AND NOW I CAN'T GET ACCESS TO MY SERVER, THANKS!!!
Digital Ocean's platform is easy to understand and use and I've never had downtime (that I didn't cause myself). Their prices are the best you'll find for the types of droplets (virtual servers) they provide. And they continue to get more useful. The addition of spaces (S3 type buckets), hosted databases, and Kubernetes hosting will ensure I will use DO for nearly everything I build. I'm a fan. I moved a business over to DO from Rackspace and for an equivalent server and MORE bandwidth, and it saved him about $600 per month.
