This is the worst support ever, 5 days of no response on the support panel while my server has a bug with the root password. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Support is very slow typically a week to respond. By the time they actually get to your trouble ticket they have already fixed the issue. Expect problems to take a week to get fixed.

Customer support is worst. no one will help you when u need help. I am facing outgoing mail problem. this stupid company blocked 25 ports and dont even help to resolve it from last 3 days. generated ticket and trying to reach consumer support, unfortunately no one helped me yet. 0 Ratting out of 10.
Their support is very slow and they never respond at the right time. And whenever you buy a new plan, it will close your account at the same time.
After years of hosting with DigitalOcean, who promote themselves as "startup-friendly", the bank card expired so they have deleted everything after only 5 weeks. They have literally deleted years of production data in our database and provided zero solutions when asked for support. Worst customer service ever! Been a customer for >2yrs and suddenly cant access data. No response on ticket sitting unanswered for almost a day! Completely unacceptable. This is costing me money as I'm a subscription based service.
