TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No phone number and VERY SLOW response times for any support tickets.

Bad customer support- They provide ticket raise service and they don't respond to those tickets... Very poor customer service! Suggestion: Try to implement fast service, it may be a mail, contact, tickets or any other platforms!

My account is locked for 3 days now without explanation of the reasons. Also, I am banned from the ticket system. It's pure sabotage.

I've had a ticket concerning their firewall open for 4 days and still haven't received a response. Was hoping this would be a viable alternative to the big three, but it is not even close to being ready for prime time. I had planned on doing a rather large deployment for a start-up company but can see this service provider can't be relied on at all.

Support doesn't answer. They just ignore after taking my money. I didn't know that they gonna take my money after 2 months. I didn't use this hosting at all. WTF???

Last month company took money from my account with no explanation why, just kept referring me to the bank. Kept requesting to escalate this as a complaint and they kept trying to deflect. I've never heard of this company, I have them my card details to ensure that the issue wouldn't happen again. Yet today they took 37 pounds. Great service. Willfully allowing fraud to continue.
