assistenza zero! fatto iscrizione , pagato 5 euro subito rimborsato, account bloccato, chiedo per sbloccarlo mi rispondono che ci vuole qualche giorno dopo una settimana richiedo mi mi rispondono che sono un hacker!! che cazzate!!!

We still have a ticket not resolved at DigitalOcean since 3 weeks now. Ticket #02657886 The waiting time is unacceptable and putting our company at risk because our old CTO left the team without giving us the accesses. All the services are paid by our CEO and so the services belong to him. We hope that we will receive an answer very soon otherwise we will take other measures. Thank you,

They will charged you for extra $ for nothing. And believe me if you need help or support they will not answer you ticket and you business will fall, and your website will be down all the day and even weeks. May be they are thinking (We sold you the hosting) not the support. There is some company who believe that they are above the customer once we pay them. I will not use their service again, because i'm afraid they will destroy my business and taking my money and waste my time. Sorry But Your Customer Support Sucks!

The company is literally extorting my company MyMy by refusing us access to our servers for a week now. My card was stolen- I paid them all the money for the month after the service elapsed immediately and they want a letter from my bank (impossible to get) before they unlock out account. Five days of 15 developers on stand-by at a huge personal cost and zero interest in helping us resolve the problem. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
