Stop stealing people's money by devious means
they not responsing to my email, they locked my account but i dont know why i dont get any assistance through this service
Card on file expired, they didn't email to inform us or give us a chance to pay the bill in question. Suspended account! Been with them for a while with no issues. Opened a ticket but after reading all these reviews on how awful their customer service is, we are not holding our breath. Costing us thousands of pounds by the hour!
Worst customer support. Not good for impatient and time conscious persons like me .
Very poor support system these people may down your sites for just verification? they don't do it on account opening. They do it later, feeling like scammed
They will put your account under review without any notification and won't ever bother to reply why they did that . Pathetic Company .
Very poor customer service - ticket support system doesn't work on their site. It asks you to email instead and no replies despite it having been 72 hours
stop allowing illegal activity on your servers
