worst experience ever. digital ocean charged my credit card for over a year for a service I never used or asked to use and they refuse to give my a refund. Very disappointing, think twice before you work with them.

Total incompetence at all levels. A “customer service department” not worth its name. And a “security department” that should be renamed “the joke factory”. I am happy that you showed your lack of knowledge and poor communication skills early in our transactions so I didn’t have to invest more into your company.
Worst customer service ever. They don't read emails, don't know their own terms of agreement. I legitimately signed my development team up to a new account and used my personal credit card that's attached to my personal account as well to pay for it because it was easier, D.O blocks the app because of "suspicious activity" and claims its a breach of their terms of agreement, to which it is not. the agreement is that if personal information is used, the owner must have permission, i gave myself permission to use my own info a... read more
