I have a previous website that expired and is now apparently owned by digitalocean. The look of the site it new, but my text is still there and someone has changed my phone number and address. I sent a message to your company, but haven’t had any sufficient response yet.
BEWARE! Locked my account for "verification" for a month and no response on what the hell verification even is. Locked account means no access to my server and all our development IP. Client was lost due to not being able to move forward with project. RIP OFF ARTISTS WITH NO CARE FOR THE SMALL DEVELOPER!
Terrible customer service. Been a customer for years. Recently added a new team account for a client of mine and it was locked. The lock message said "they created a support ticket", but they did not. I only found out when I went to check on the website (a brand new install of Prestashop). Almost 24 hours later I get no response from them. Do not use this company. They are not serious.
Very poor customer service. I don't expect companies to always go the extra mile, but it's pretty telling when they refuse to go even the extra inch.
Terrible company. i signed up to get the free $100 credit. cannot use visa debit used paypal instead and payed in $5 and they will not give the credit unless a credit card is used. i will stick with ovh

WORST experience ever! Extremely poor customer service! They deleted files from our server and then refused to provide any backup! STAY AWAY from them if you're running a serious business!
