To anyone this concerns I extremely recommend that u to not take ur vehicles to Diehl Chevy in Grove City I had transmission and engine work done to my cruze with their inexperienced techs they have the have caused more damaged to my vehicle they let techs that ain't even qualified to do transmission work do it and they have very poor service and don't wanna stand behind their work they performed the owner stands on TV and talks about how their employees are family but I used to work their on the Chrysler side and all this s... read more

Just an observation. Went to your dealership in Butler. It was close to 90 degrees. Most other dealerships have prices on the window. Yours don’t. I guess we spin a wheel and that’s the price, or we choose our own? It helps to eliminate vehicles, if you show the price. Wastes less time for me and you both. After 15 min of wandering around, guessing prices, nobody coming out to give us a hand, or show that you cared at all... We went elsewhere. That was truly pathetic.
My dad recently had his dodge pickup worked on at Diehl Automotive in Bulter. They were fixing some issues with the truck and while doing so they caused some damage to the another area of the motor. They expected my dad to pay $500.00 to fix what they broke. They would not fix it so my dad had to have the truck towed home from Diehl Automotive. I think this is extreamly poor service.
