I just bought a new Jeep Compass from the Diehl of Salem. My salesman was Trevor Troyer and he was awesome. He knew I was in a tough spot and needed a vehicle right away. He was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I couldn’t ask for more. The only issue I had was I was one day late for some great dealer incentives. I felt they could’ve done a little better for me but I guess it was my fault too.
I liked everything about Diehl They were very good and fine to us. Trust is really important to me and that is how about the people who work there. Frank who worked with me is a young man but never made me feel old He just helped us learn all the new things on cars today. The manager is Gary Carr he is a great man.
I had a great experience at Diehl today, I went in for a noise on my car, they diagnosed it right away. I was able to use their free WiFi and drink some coffee while I got the work done. I was in and out in no time, it was great. Thanks Diehl!

just picked up my Jeep renegade from Robinson location for a state inspection and they lost my insurance card and registration... FOR MY COMPANY VEHICLE... they did make copies which i was provided but they should be more careful with important docs
I dealt with Bo Bell in Grove City. He was amazing, he did everything he could to make things work so we could get our Grand Cherokee at a price that made us comfortable. The atmosphere at Diehl Automotive is amazing they make you feel so welcome and relaxed through the whole process. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them!
