service is horrible. They never work within appointment times. They will not call you prior to working on your car even if you ask. Also, they say they do a multiple point check on all vehicles serviced there but when you ask what it showed, there are no reports and the cannot identify what points are to be assessed. Never will my vehicle, nor my husband's, ever will make it back there.
RecommendedVery friendly service! We were there less than two hours and drove away in a new vehicle. Dave worked to get us the best deal and Evan was very friendly and got us through everything quickly. Also I'm pretty sure Evan and my 6 year old are best buds now.
should if expected it. but I called anyway, and was well received by answering machines. however car right in moon answered my call with an actual person right away. guess I have a new dealership. diehl is and always will be a joke. place makes me regret buying a dodge
Horrible Horrible Horrible experience with service department. Damaged brand new car while installing tow package that was part of purchase agreement. Unacceptable!!!
