My family members and I buy all of our cars at Diehl Automotive and usually always go to Greg Blymiller for the salesmen. We've bought dozens of vehicles there and were always happy with the experience provided to us by Diehl Automotive and the Salesmen
I brought my Dodge in due to an engine light being on. After doing a diagnostic test, they came to the conclusion I needed a new battery. Three days later, the engine light came back on! I took it to Firestone and they were able to immediately diagnosis the problem (O2 sensor). I attempted to call Dodge to voice my concern and I was told I would be charged another diagnostic fee. I than attempted to contact a service manager and I never received a call back. I do not recommend Diehl.
I took my Jeep Cherokee to Grove City Diehl for repair after hitting a deer. I was VERY pleased with their service. Jerry in collision was a pleasure to work with, as they exceeded my expectations. Jeep came out looking better than ever, and the interior detailing was an added bonus! Thank you Jerry and Grove City Diehl!!!
