Updated** I just bought my second vehicle on Friday from Diehl. We traded in my 2015 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk that we bought brand new in 2015. We ended up with a new 2017 Toyota Tacoma. We weren’t sure if it was going to be doable but Mike Tillery made it so we were able to get the truck we wanted! We have had the worst experience with the Service location at the McKee’s rock location. They decided that since a part broke that is prone to break called a front axle actuator that is plastic and goes bad and if water gets in there and freezes it expands and breaks. They said it was our fault for it breaking and now the warranty won’t cover it!! We call Chrysler and they said they can’t help us because you made the final decision and we call you and you said to call Chrysler!!! It should be covered but you took the word of... read more

Just bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited about 2 weeks ago. Everyone that we dealt with was great! Considering this is my first Jeep purchase, they made the process simple and explained everything. I don't see myself ever going to another dealership. Keep up the good work! Lenny from the Robinson dealership was our salesman and he was absolutely wonderful!
I didn't know what to expect coming into the dealership (I was a ford owner and had negative experiences at those dealerships). Mike Tillery was my salesman and his service was impeccable! I had 3 criteria I was hoping for in a truck and he went above and beyond. He found me the perfect model. I couldn't be more happier and have converted to Ram. I would recommend Diehl to anybody and direct them towards Mike Tillery.
Love Diehls! I got a brand new 2017 ram big horn and my wife got the brand new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee trail hawk! We have bought 4 vehicles from Diehls and plan on returning in the future! Kris Smith is the best of all salesmen in our opinion! If he's not in that day, we go back when he is!
