I did not buy my Caravan here, but had a recall notice, so took my van to Diehl. What a great experience, from the minute I dropped it off, to the time it was completed. The workers placed plastic on the seat, covers on the floor before moving van into the service department. They did a great job, then washed the van prior to bringing it out to me! All done in the exact time they told me it would take. My next vehicle purchase will be at Diehl's! Thank you!
We just leased a 2016 Ram. They really made the entire process very easy and everyone was extremely nice!!!!
Got an estimate on some rust repair on my 2010 Ram - Quoted me and I agreed to the work. Day the work is to be done I get a call after I dropped it off to tell me they won't warranty the work (this was never mentioned during two trips for eatimates) Typically they are a good shop but appear that now they won't stand behind their work. Now I have to take a day off to go back down and get my truck to go find another estimate. Bad business in my mind Perhaps Ms Diehl should stop doing commercials and focus on what really matter... read more

Best salesman experience ever! I hate looking for new vehicles/dealing with pushy salesmen. Thanks Mike Tillery at Butler location! My experience with Mike, was as if he was a friend, helping me find a vehicle. I went to Spitzers, worst, arrogant group, and a few weeks later went to Diehl. I got EXACTLY what I wanted, a Blue, heated seats, 4Runner. The best part he got to "my price range". I recommend Mike to everyone on my fb page and anyone I hear is looking for a vehicle.
