I can tell you that their service is great....Diehl is by far the best service center...they follow through with their sales
Horrible experience with the service department, horrible customer service! Dropped off a brand new car to have a noise looked at, was told they would call when ready. Called them hours later as no call back to find service department closed, staff had no idea where our car was and told us they couldn't help us! When we explained we had to have the car back for me to get to work the following day they again stated they couldn't help us and couldn't give us a rental, approve a rental, or find our vehicle!
