My dad recently had his dodge pickup worked on at Diehl Automotive in Bulter. They were fixing some issues with the truck and while doing so they caused some damage to the another area of the motor. They expected my dad to pay $500.00 to fix what they broke. They would not fix it so my dad had to have the truck towed home from Diehl Automotive. I think this is extreamly poor service. Bought my 2018 Jeep Cherokee here and was pleased to receive free oil change and state inspection yesterday .Pleasant waiting area and convenient access to service center.
We worked with Greg Blymiller for the 4th time and as always excellent service. We will always recommend him.
RecommendedInspection was completed. Friendly customer service. Can improve some on the promptness but was not as long of wait as usual.
My parents drove 45 mins to visit your dealership and drive a vw Tiguan limited today. They spoke with your salesman Jesus and he told them if they were not going to buy the car they could not test drive it. They have never driven one so how do you know if you like the vehicle enough to buy it if until you drive one? He told them that they were wasting his time.
