If you are looking for the wrong place to take your vehicle..you’ve found it. Had an issue a few months ago with my truck and brought it in. They hooked up the scanner to see if it was throwing a code and did not find anything. They said they were not able to do anything and sent me on my way. I tried to lease the only nice new Jeep Gladiator that the Robinson store has on their lot only to be told “that one is not eligible to be leased”. Tried to support local. Tried to support woman owned business. I’ll go elsewhere.

Walk Away, wait instead RUN as fast as you can. On May 13, 2020 we spent $70,000 on a brand-new Dodge Ram Cummins 2500. We drove this truck for 10 days before we discovered our first oil leak. Yes, the first one. Soon we had a 2nd, 3rd and a 4th leak. Then eventually it needed a whole new Cummins engine. This would mean that the entire front of the truck would have to be disassembled. The sales team is fantastic especially Greg Gallagher. Very professional and helpful when I purchased my used 2014 Ram. Also the service department is great. I had an issue with the truck and even though it was out of the warranty that came with it they took care of it no questions asked. Shawn got it scheduled in and taken care of as soon as I was available! Great team over at Diehl and I will continue to return to them for any future vehicles!
Poor service. You can never get anyone to help you I walked around the lot for 20 minutes opening truck doors and looking in someone on a golf cart said hi as he drove by but no one ever came to see if I was interested in buying
