I went into Dick Smith Ford just to ask some questions about how to straighten out a title issue I was having with my vehicle. The receptionist directed me over to Lee Cook the sales manager at the dealership. Mr. Cook answered all my questions and even provided me with the necessary paperwork to take to the DMV to take care of my issue. He even followed up with me the next day to ensure that everything was taken care of. I'm not quite ready to purchase another vehicle yet, but when I do I will be seeing Mr. Cook!!

I've bought the last four family cars from Eric Basiliere at Dick Smith Ford of Downtown and I want to say he's amazing. He treats you well and knows what his doing. He is even funner to do repeated business with. I have a blast with him. He calls me up to let me know when all my maintenance is due. Having Eric on my side is great. Looking forward to buying the next four cars from Eric.
I was desperate for a truck and I decided to give Dick Smith Ford a shot and see what they could do for me. That's when I meet Eric Basiliere(salesman). He knew his inventory from head to toe. He need exactly what F-150 would allow me to have the payments that I had in mind. Once he showed it to me, he showed me all the interesting features and the was it. I was in and out in less than 2hrs. Eric did an amazing job and I'm happy with him and his great organization.
I got referred to Eric Basiliere by a friend I work with that knows him and he got me my first car. Was so pleased on how things went and the experience. He explain to me what I needed and he did the rest. If anyone is looking for their first car call/email Eric he will help you out.
First Class service is what I wanted and is definetly what I recieved at Dick Smith Ford. I worked with Nathan Beard who showed me every SUV on the lot. I was looking for something with room but pretty decent gas mileage and the selection did not leave me wanting. Picked out the Ford Escape and have not regretted it one bit.
