I recently bought a Focus from Eric Basiliere at Dick Smith Ford of Downtown Columbia and I'm pleased with what Eric was able to do for me. Eric was able to get the Focus I wanted even though it wasn't on his lot. He had it over within one business day and for no extra charge. I suggest anyone in the market, go see Eric. Whether he has it or not in his lot, he'll make your day!
I can honestly say that I did not expect to buy a car on that day I walked into the dealership. However I was given several options which exceeded my requirements and the price was right. Mr. Robert Hiller was professional and knowledgeable; he gave the facts but did not apply pressure to buy. I was in/out of financing in 10 minutes! Highly recommend Robert Hiller to anyone in the market for a new car.
I met Eric Basiliere on an early week morning and told him I needed a car for my daughter, told him the price range and he pointed us out to our selection that would meet our budget. He gave us such a good deal that we were under our price range so we actually ended up with a bigger car. I was so pleased with the way Eric does business and how great he is with customers. I suggest Eric and Dick Smith Ford to all my friends from now on.
I bought a Hyundai Elantra fro Nathan Beard, absolute great job all the way around. First Class service from Nathan and the others I dealt with. Love the car, great little gas saver with some sportiness to it also.

Great experience at Dick Smith Ford. I dealt with Eric Basiliere and it was very pleasant. He helped me pick the vehicle I was interested in and the negotiating was easy as well with a great price. Overall I got nothing but good things for Eric and his organization.

Just bought a new Escape from Nathan Beard and thouroughly enjoyed my time there. I have to say that since I bought my last car 6 years ago this time around was much easier. I love the car and am having a great time learing the new technology like the SYNC system, Nate has been greatly patient with me trying to learn how to make phone calls without touching my phone, pretty neat stuff especially for a person my age. Great job all the way around and I will be back if I need another car
