I walked in to Dick Smith Ford were I was pleasantly met Eric Basiliere. He did all the work for me, all I had to do was pick the car, test drive the car, and then "sign & drive". Anyone out there in the market go see Eric at Dick Smith Ford and let him and his organization do the work for you. I'll be seeing Eric in 3 years again.
I was very pleased with my purchase experience from Dick Smith Ford. I bought my Mustang from Roger Neal. At first they did not have the Mustang that I was looking for but Roger found my car at another lot and he made the arrangements to bring the car here so that I could have my dream car! I really enjoyed doing business with the people over at Dick Smith Ford. Mr. Cook made it too easy!! They were laid back and about as no pressured as it gets. I hate dealing with dealers using that high pressure, buy it now mentality. If your looking for a new or used vehicle I definatly recommend checking these guys out first. It was a pleasure!!

Bought my Liberty a few months ago from Lee at Dick Smith and have been really happy with my purchase. He was really low pressured to deal with and seemed to want to make sure I was going to be happy with my decision. I will coming back to him next time I'm in need of a new one for sure!!
