I will try and keep this short...I had an great experience dealing with Nathan Beard at Dick Smith Ford. I wasn't even looking to buy a Truck, Nate offered me a test drive and the rest is history. Class act at this place, they will not do you wrong.

Robert was great. He was helpful and the process did not take long. The entire staff was a pleasure to do business with. Robert explained all the safety features and rating for the Fiesta. My family will be a return customer to Dick Smith Downtown.

Nathan Beard was great. He helped me out with every question I had. This dealership was a little further away than the local place but I decided to compare prices and when I called the price was significantly lower, Nate explained to me the Rebates and I realized that the "local" dealer was holding back some of the rebates. Thanks for honesty and great service.

I love my Ford Fusion....I worked with a gentleman name Nathan Beard...who was VERYknowledgable. I opted for the v6 sport model, little more pricey but I was sold on the test drive...plenty of power and drove like a 2 door sports car. Pricing was not an issue Nate hooked me up off the rip with a great price (partly cuz I told him what I wanted to pay) and there was no ordeal with my beater trade in. Awesome Job

My wife hit a deer and total her car and we needed to replace it. She mentioned she liked the new Focus so we went to look at one. There we meet Eric Basiliere at Dick Smith Ford. He was so helpful. Right off the bat I could feel a good down to Earth vibe from Eric. He test drove us in three different cars and told us the differences on them until we found the one we liked. Eric is super easy to deal with with a no hassle attitude. You need a car new/used see Eric Basiliere at Dick Smith Ford.

When I meet Eric Basiliere, it was on the new truck side and I told him "I'm buying a car this weekend, give me your price on this truck". Eric went right ahead without wasting my time and beat every other dealerships offer. I went home for a couple of days, thought about it and Eric's price was the best. I bought my new F-150 that weeks Saturday. great service at a low price- Dick Smith Ford & Eric.

I want to tell everyone about how happy I am with my Nissan Maxima! Roger Neal and his guys helped me find my dream car! It was a very hard color combo to find black on black, but Roger made it happen. If your looking for a new or used car I highly recommend you go down and see Roger Neal and his guys at Dick Smith Ford. They will help you with whatever you needs may be!

Talk about selection! I have never seen so many F-150's in all of my life! It's truly incredible how many trucks and cars Dick Smith Ford has in inventory. I bought my truck from Roger Neal and the guys there at Dick Smith Ford and not only was the selection good but the service I received was even better. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to buy a new or even used vehicle to run on down to Dick Smith Ford and see Roger and the guys because they will take good care of you!
