I went here because of a review I read and decided to give it a shot.....I owe whoever wrote that review about Nathan and Dick Smith Ford a huge thank you. I was very nervous aboutbuying a new car and the whole process. I read Nathan was easy to deal with along with the whole dealership being non-pressure and fair. I love my new fusion and I really feel appreciated every time I go in for service or just any questions I may have.
Found what I was looking for! Lee Cook and the crew at Dick Smith Ford did a great job! They had the vehicle is was looking for on their lot. When I came in they were very professional, no pressure. They gave me a great price on it and even set me up with a better rate on my loan than I was getting at my bank. Great dealership!!
I was amazed with the honesty of my sales person Robert Hiller and his willingness to go up and beyond the job description. So amazed with his service that I drove 50 miles to purchase the car from him.
I bought a Ford Escape a couple of days ago from Eric Basiliere at Dick Smith Ford and I love my new car and the service that Eric gave me.
